    • Prior to your session, we can connect by phone or email to discuss your photography needs, pricing, and availability. This gives us a chance to clarify any questions and ensure your session is tailored to you. 

    • You can use the contact form‍ ‍or emailme directly to schedule a session. I respond to all enquiries within 2 business days

    • A deposit secures your booking with the remaining balance due on the day of your session.

    • Deposits are transferable and do not expire.

    • Payment can be made online via credit or debit or request an invoice

    • Location:
      Sessions can take place in your home or a location of your choice. I’m happy to travel, including outdoor settings

    • Planning:
      We’ll connect beforehand to talk through location, timing, and the overall feel — just enough to give us a starting point so the session can unfold naturally.

    • Dress & Styling:
      Start with something that feels like you, comfortable, familiar, or quietly confident.
      We can build from there.

    • The Session:
      We begin gently, giving space to settle.
      As the session unfolds, I guide with calm, clear direction.
      The result is a balance of candid and intentional images that feel natural, thoughtful and responsive.

    • A small preview of images will arrive within a few days — a first glimpse into what we’ve created together.

    • Within two weeks, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated gallery of low/high-resolution digital images. Lightly edited and presented in a private online space, your images are ready for viewing, downloading, and sharing.

    • All files are prepared in a print-ready size, suitable for printing up to A4.

    • You will receive a personal print release, allowing you to print and share your images for personal use.

    • I’m here to support you with gallery access, downloads and print ordering if needed.

    • Your gallery will be available for 4 weeks, with image files securely archived for up to 12 months.

    • I am based in Woodend and will happily travel throughout regional Victoria and Melbourne. Travel within 40 km is included, with additional travel quoted where required.

    • Interstate travel is welcome — I will provide a clear estimate in advance.

    • Once your booking is confirmed, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • Deposits are fully transferable to a new date. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will always do my best to accommodate.
