• Prior to your session, we can connect by phone or email to discuss your photography needs, pricing, and availability. This gives me a chance to clarify any questions you may have and ensure your session is tailored to you.

• I respond to all enquiries within 2 business days

• Once we’ve had our initial conversation, your session will be confirmed via email.

• You can secure your 2-hour session with a $200 deposit. The remaining balance is paid on the day.

• Deposits are transferable and do not expire.

• Payment can be made online with credit or debit or request an invoice.

• Full cancellation and rescheduling terms are in the booking agreement.

Locations

• I visit your home or a family home.

• Aged-care or residential facilities: I coordinate with staff to keep the session calm, unobtrusive, and respectful of the environment.

Session length & pace:

• We start with a relaxed meet-and-greet — I won’t start shooting immediately.

• Approximately 2 hours, moving at your pace.

Person-centred approach

• The session is guided entirely by you.

• We’ll gently explore and create, capturing images that reflect who you are, with care, dignity, and presence.

• Everything adapts to what feels comfortable for you.

• I am based in Woodend and happily travel throughout regional Victoria and Melbourne. Travel within 50 km is included, with additional travel quoted where required.

• Interstate travel is welcome — A clear estimate will be provided in advance.

• You’ll get a small preview of images in 2–3 days.

• Full gallery (75 high resolution curated digital files) will be delivered to you within 2 weeks via a private online gallery.

• After Your Gallery Is Delivered:
  If you need help accessing your gallery, downloading images, or ordering prints, I’m happy to assist. All session details, inclusions, and expectations are clearly outlined at the time of booking.

• You receive one 6×8” printed and matted portrait of your choice.

• A personal print release is included, giving you permission to print and share your images for personal use. Full details are outlined in the print release provided with your gallery.

• I personally curate and design each Fine Art Photo Book, creating a tangible collection of portraits and candid moments that can be shared and enjoyed for generations. Pricing is available on request.
